The Cadillac Technician Mobile Application is intended for internal use only by Cadillac dealership personnel. This application is not intended for use by consumers. The Cadillac Technician Mobile Application allows Cadillac Technicians to receive and manage Roadside Assistance service requests right on their phone. All the details needed to service the customer are displayed on the phone including:
-Vehicle Make, Model, Year and VIN -Customer Name -Customer Phone Number -Service Requested (Tire Change, Fuel delivery, etc.) -Disablement Location
Simple, one touch access to call the customer, get turn-by-turn directions, or update the status of the job. When the job is complete, just press a button and it is stored in the job history for easy retrieval and viewing.
